MINI MATES MOCKTAILS PACKAGE #1: $550.00/tax
The Mini Mates Mocktail Package is designed to include the little ones on their special day, whatever the occasion may be. The Mini Mates Mocktail Package Includes:
- Mocktail bar rental- our portable pop-up bar
- A scheduled zoom meeting or phone call to discuss the details of the event & expectations of client
- 2 hours of service time, not including preparation and cleanup
- 2 specialty mocktails picked out by your little one
- Service for up to 20 children
- 50 km of travel from Huntsville, ON. There will be an $0.80 charge per km of additional travel
- All supplies needed to create the specialty mocktails- disposable cups, soft drinks, napkins, straws, mixers/special ingredients & garnishes
The client will have to supply:
- Ice & coolers to store the ice and soft drinks
- Garbage bags to dsipose of any garbage
Add-ons for this package are as follows:
- Custom signage and decorations/ themed party – $100
- Custom Candy Bar- $150
- Ice & coolers to store the ice and soft drinks- $75

MINI MATES MOCKTAIL & PAINT PARTY PACKAGE #2: $450.00/tax + $50.00 per child.
The Mini Mates Mocktail & Paint Party Package is designed to include the little ones on their special day, whatever the occasion may be. The Mini Mates Mocktail and Paint Party Package Includes:
- Mocktail bar rental- our portable pop-up bar
- A scheduled zoom meeting or phone call to discuss the details of the event & expectations of client
- 3 hours of service time, not including preparation and cleanup
- 1 specialty mocktails picked out by your little one
- Service for up to 20 children
- 50 km of travel from Huntsville, ON. There will be an $0.80 charge per km of additional travel
- All supplies needed to create the specialty mocktails- disposable cups, soft drinks, napkins, straws, mixers/special ingredients & garnishes
- All paint supplies needed to participate in the paint party- Paint, brushes, canvases, paper towel, plastic cups, pencils, erasers, etc. Please note that the paint party add-on is calculated at a cost per child attending
- The additional cost is $50.00 per child due to the cost of supplies and the time it takes to properly plan the paint party. During our meeting, the client will get to choose the artwork we will be replicating, then I will plan the painting lesson according to the difficulty level of the artwork and the age group we are catering to
The client will have to supply:
- Ice & coolers to store the ice and soft drinks
- A suitable area to host the paint party/ tables to set up the paint supplies on
- Garbage bags/ tablecloths for the paint party set-up
