THE BARTENDER BASICS PACKAGE

Our Bartender Basics package is ideal if you are interested in having your event serviced by our fun-loving experienced team of bartenders! Here are the rates and what’s included with this service:

  • A cost of $250 per bartender (maximum 50 people for 1 bartender) for 5 hours of service, note this does not include gratuities.
  • $50 per hour (per bartender) for each additional hour of service
  • A scheduled zoom meeting or phone call to discuss the event and/or client expectations
  • 50 km of travel from Huntsville, ON. There will be an $0.80 charge per additional km of travel
  • A workstation for our bartenders to work their magic

Add-on services are available as requested.

THE BASIC BAR SERVICE PACKAGE: $1000.00/tax

Our Basic Service Package is ideal for those who want professional bartenders to serve guests with simplicity. The Basic Service Package includes:

  • Up to 6 hours of service, including preparation and cleanup- $200 Per additional hour of service
  • One bartender for 50 Guests- Additional bartender required for more than 50 guests for $50/hour plus gratuities
  • 50 km of travel from Huntsville, ON. There will be an $0.80 charge per km of additional travel
  • A scheduled zoom meeting or phone call to discuss the event and client expectations
  • All necessary bar equipment/tools for the event
  • Disposable cocktail glasses
  • Garnishes for cocktails
  • Straws and napkins
  • LCBO/Beer Store List

The client will need to supply:

  • The alcohol
  • A Water Station
  • Basic cocktail mixers
  • Ice & coolers to store the ice

THE PREMIUM BAR SERVICE PACKAGE: $1650.00 /tax

Our Premium Service Package is ideal if you would like The Travelling Tavern to provide you with the basic necessities of the service. This saves you time and ensures that the guests receive the best and most sufficient service possible! The Premium Service Package includes:

  • Up to 6 hours of service, including preparation and cleanup- $200.00 per additional hour of service
  • One bartender for 50 Guests- Additional bartender required for more than 50 guests for $50/hour plus gratuities
  • 50 km of travel from Huntsville, ON. There will be an $0.80 charge per km of additional travel
  • A scheduled zoom meeting or phone call to discuss the details of the event and client expectations
  • LCBO/Beer Store List
  • All necessary bar equipment/tools for the event
  • Disposable cocktail glasses
  • Disposable wine glasses
  • Garnishes for cocktails
  • Straws and napkins
  • A water station
  • Basic cocktail mixers
  • Ice & coolers to store the ice (up to 20 bags for 50 people) – Events more than 50 people will have an additional $100 charge to cover the cost of the ice.
  • HIS & HER Signature Cocktails
  • Customizable bar menu & any other signage required by the client for the event
